Anyone ever heard of WorldNet Processing??? - GoFuckYourself.com

I've been getting calls from them to use them, and they've been wanting me to set up a merchant account. I have NO idea how or where they got my number.

Also, they don't seem to know what sites I run, and they offered my 10% after I told them what I pay with CCBILL. Then before the conversation was over, they pushed that down to 8% (and they still don't know who I am)

This guy calls me, and then at my first question he hands me off to the 'closer' this guy was like, "do you know so-so of something-brazil.com" and I told him 'no' he said, "Well we saved that guy $$xxxxx.xx per month so.. y'know... there's his bently payment right there"

OH MY GOD!!!! He actually said that to me. What the fuck is this?? Boiler Room?

I mean no offense to them if they are legit, but they are fuckin' hard sellers. I ask how they can give me 8%, and the first thing they asked for was my email so they can send me the application. The application? We're just talking.

Everytime I get a call it's from guy-A and at the first question he always says, "let me transfer you over to my supervisor" and then I get guy-B that hard sells me.

They say ... Those that don't know their history are doomed to repeat it.

I used to work at Triple X Cash... I was there when one of the brothers decided to choose WSB because they also had low rates. And we all know how that turned out.

Again, maybe these guys are standup guys, but I never heard of them before they called me. Maybe someone here has, and can offer some insight.

LOL, it was just weird. It's been going on for a while. And not to kiss your ass, but CCBILL have been great for getting me going. Always helpful. Always ready to answer my barrage of stupid questions at 4:00 AM.

Thru all the processors that come and go... you guys are one of the only ones that will always be here.

If that is the same WorldNet from Ft. Lauderdale from the late '90's, I know them and my comments would not be positive.

But I don't think it is the same company because last I heard that WorldNet from Florida went belly up.

Well we are a very reputable company and all the information on there is absolutely false, we can offer that low of rates because of the relations we have with our offshore bank that we deal with We want to start to save the whole adult industry money so you guys are not getting ripped off anymore by ccbill. This guy Ron C is only getting very wealthy off of all the website owners. His buy rate is most likely around the range of 6 to 7% which then means he is doubling up on your money. They can contact us at 866-343-7255 ex209 or 213. Please forward this to that page if you can I would really appreciate that.

The webmaster world should know that WorldNet Processing is for real. It is not the same Florida company referenced in other messages. Yes, it is aggressively marketing its products and services to the webmaster markets, but for good reason. It can save webmasters a lot of money and ensure payment. It is not a "boiler room." Not unlike numerous other companies in various industries, it has a strageic markeing plan it is implementing to spread the good word. The company is definitely worth a close look!

Apparently the rep over there is smoking crack. Something that would probably make me very leery of dealing with them. Anyone who has looked seriously at getting a merchant account knows where the costs are and if Ron was paying 7% on his buy rate then he'd have to charge closer to 20% to make any money.

Of course Ron is wealthy, he's been doing this for going on ten years now. That's ten long hard years of dealing with Mastercard and Visa and all the assorted bullshit that goes along with it.
