Because of the limited capacity of the venue, overwhelming demand, and our intention of keeping the Forum the intimate networking event it has been since the start, we have found it necessary to close both free and paid registration some time ago. As of this point, we are at full capacity and there will be no more registrations accepted before or during the event.

This post is a preemptive measure to discourage (unregistered) people from showing up at the Mission Palms in the hopes of getting into the event.

We are taking these people in account, we are using a similar multiplier to gauge actual expected attendees from what we noticed from previous forums, where the registration process was treated similarly.

People that are not registered will not be let into the hotel. The minimum requirement will be your registration badge
