Well man just because someone expresses an opinion on something and it doesn't jibe with what you think doesn't make them a cheater.

Now as far as the law is concerned I am not basing this on what I've seen in movies...I based this on what I have seen happen on the news with little punk hackers.

No I do not know the law...but i know enough to NOT do something like this without first kowing how to keep my ass from getting caught in the sling....and as far as knowing the law...impress me with your legal know how and tell me ...and cite the codes etc now ;) how I am soooooo wrong

That could be a fun little game - seeing who can update quicker the hun or the spamming bastard

Mind you, even with a 0k file it still puts a stress on the server. Not as has been said a DOS attack but it doesn't help.

As I've said all along. Fuck the legalities and go for it. I'd do the same in your shoes. I don't agree on the eye for an eye thing in all circumstances but certainly do in this one.

I do not know dutch law that well BUT i do know danish law....

and I tell you even if I did commit a crime against the states... (which I never would do - or any other crime.... other than the huns way of payback) I would be procecuted in danish court and after danish law and be sent to danish prison where bubba would scare the hell outta me ;)

That's a daft answer. If they had a 100Mbit pipe sitting around the huns img sourcing wouldn't have worried them in the 1st place.

I'm not so sure about that.. I've got 100mb fdx plugged into 2 Gbps worth of connections, but I'd be seriously concerned about the hun img srcing me.
