hello,

that site is still up and running...

The script declares a variable a and b defined as images.
for which the second image is the index.html from porno.ru
further in the page there will probably a function that loads these
variables but not displays.

By puting this in javascript all visitors will make these variables
load. That way the image source comes through the users and
not through huns server which makes is virtually impossible to
block the DoS attack since all requests come from different IP´s

That way it can´t be blocked in the router of firewall...

I know that thehun has a saying "Dont get mad - get even" BUT as I see it - implementation of this saying in this case - and in that way - is the WORST way possible.

Not only illegal - Its also stupid of him - as I see it.
With all due respect to theHun he is not a Judge and certainly have no legitimate right to be an executioner.
You may all like it when he does that to someone you think is bad but when he will do it to you you will say "Ho - what the fuck? - That ain't right".

Maybe/Probably those sites deserve a punishment for what they did (I wonder what it is anyway) but Illegal is still Illegal - and shooting a child molester is wrong if done by someone from the street. and thehun in this case is someone from the street.

When TheHun has a money-issue or illegal-gallery-stealing problem he knows exactly where to go = to the court. It shouldn't be different now.

What will you say when someone (porno.ru for example) submits dozens of galleries to hundreds of TGPs with that exact code leading to theHun site? Will you say its a legitimate counterattack? Well it isn't but neither is the original attack by theHun.

Suprises and disappoints me to see that he chose to do that.
its not like he has no other ways.

maybe the right action would be to disconnect russia from the net? JUST KIDDING.

It definitely isn't legal - I agree that porno.ru are idiots and shouldn't hav stolen links, and source linking might be only way to stop them, I'm just stating why it would be considered legal.

Don't forget, there's a fine old principle of law almost as old as the web itself that if a resource is publicly available for being linked to, the owner cannot forbid anyone from linking to it.
