Photoshop Problems

I do a screencap, then i copy / paste the picture into a new document in photoshop, however, the colors do not match up to the ones on the actual screen that i took a screencap of.

Anybody know how to fix this?

I use to have this problem when i saved files in photoshop as well, it was saving as nothing of what looks like the original

Same with a psd from my laptop, i transfer psd from my laptop to my desktop, open it in photoshop , and the colors look totaly different.

on the laptop it looks right, or in the browser in the desktop it looks good, but not when i open the psd in photoshop...

????

When you paste into photoshop.. do a Ctrl-N
the screen that pops up gives you some color options.. RGB, CMYK, Bit Map, Lab Color.. etc

Double check that your choosing RGB then past your clipboard.
