you never had any sort of contract or agreement with google, your site just ended up in the system and was given good result

now that same system that gave you the good result now gives that good result to some other site in the same way you originally got it

I really wonder what goes through the (small) minds of these people sometimes. Stupidity aside...I can only imagine the PR result of a dumbass lawsuit against Google.
