I toyed with the idea of buying the house I am renting... It was for $725,000 on Feb,2006. It is now $679,000 if I want to buy it. I told him, nope... I will rent another year and either be better off, the same or no more than it was last year.

Actually, that is what I told my girlfriend. I told him I am just not interesting in buying a house right now, sorry.
