Only other person I can think off the top of my head to add to this are a couple hosting companies, I'd say Tony from NatNet is a great addition to this list. Otherwise, that's a pretty comprehensive list.

This is a funny thread if you guys think that top earners in the adult webmaster industry only clear around 1 mil a year. Top earners are doing a hell of a lot more than that. From what I understand Will76 does pretty well but by no means is he a top earner. He def. makes more than average.
