I went to buy Mario Kart for N64...

... and it cost $20! I checked eBay and it's the same.

It's neat to see that good games can maintain their value, even if they're not rare. Mario Kart for Gamecube was selling for the same price.

Mario Kart for DS is the same as the 64, it just has more tracks...it has all the tracks from the 64 version though. The coolest thing about the DS version is that you can connect through wifi to play online against people 24/7.

mario kart double dash rocks.

i bought a n64 and a used copy of mario kart for the tv at work.

have trouble getting used to the n64 controller vs gamecube controller tho

As for finding a cheap copy, I believer Blockbuster/Gamerush sells it for $10 if you have them in your area and they have it in stock. You might also try this site:

There's a classifieds section where you can post that you're looking for the game and how much you're willing to pay. I'm sure some one would be willing to sell cheap.

Yeah, I've played DS but I don't have any self control so I'm holding out on that purchase.

Mario Kart 64 is definitely a quality game

I still play Mario 64 every once and a while too... (But then again I play original Super Mario Bros a lot)...
