Attention Europeans: Best Place To Buy PC Online??

My father in law is in Prague CZ, I'm in the US. I'm looking for a good online store in Europe I can order a PC from and have it sent to CZ.

i guess he needs czech windows? or is he that good with english? how about he or some friend orders it in a czech online store with your credit card?

Mailing a pc from the US would not make sense since it would not be czech winxp and the power cables would be incorrect. I guess I need to find a czech online store.

I'm sure there are a lot of Czech online PC stores, with an English version for you to read, buy it from there ... just do a search on Google for keywords like
Czech PC shop , buy Czech desktop (laptop) , etc.
