So Dell calls me this afternoon qbout my new laptop

I paid for it using 2 different cards, my Paypal and Epassporte virtual card and the transactions went thru ok and the moneys been deducted. So today Dell calls, some indian or Pakistani dude I can barely understrand. Wants to know what bank issued my Visa card (Epassporte) I used. And wehat country its issued in. I told him I have no idea what bank issued it, cause its a virtual Visa card and as far as I know it was issued here in the US. What should I have told the guy? I mean hell the shit went thru. Think Ill get the laptop? Or a refund of the funds in 30 days and have to reorder the goddamn thing lol

I got a call from an online store asking the same question the other day. I explained to them that it's a virtual VISA and they put the transaction through without a problem.

you wont get the laptop
last time i ordered with my epass virtual card from dell i got an email 3 days later explaining to me that there fraud detection system refuses to let them process the card due to the fact that it is a US shipping address and an offhsore bank.

But that was awhile back - epassporte claims to have looked into all the declines and worked relashonships with those companies

Nextel/Sprint is 10 times worse, espically their so-called "Order Support Department".

I'm glad you got enough money to get your laptop finally bjjb but i can't believe you might not get it just because of the epassporte virtual card. I hope that Dell gets their head out of their ass and lets you get it.

you know the only place I've had problems with online buying with epassporte? It was kbtoys.com I was trying to buy christmas presents lol, and they said they couldn't accept epass because of where it was issued. Funny stuff.

T-mobile online / phone does not take epass
Walmart.com does not take epass

I used to have a large list of places i was rejected at - was going to put it up on a site so webmasters could see ... but i was adviced by an epassporte employee that i would just get contacted by there legal to remove it so i should not waste my time

You are absolutely right. If you want jobs to stay in the USA, you need to take position and let them know.
