chodadog - whilst its true that targetted type in traffic will convert at between 1:100 and 1:400 - this is only true for known brand websites.
If you owned (say www.milhunter.com) - and re-directed to nasty - then you may get that kind of conversion for misspelled typins.
If however you owned www.lesbianskissing.com and re-directed to say sapphic erotica - then I think it would be true to say that you (even through any typeins) would only get around 1:2000
I personally feel that the latter applies to milflovers.com - unless milflovers.com was a branded paysite - I fear that it may not convert typein traffic very well at all.
However - having said that im aware that there are variants on conversions within a generic phrase list - for example we may see that "gay twink" re-directed to a gay pay site may not convert aswell as the lesbian example above.

shit man, if your generic typeing with 200 visitors per months makes $70-$200 per month ( lets be conservative and assume $70 ), then the domain that i mentioned with 400 daily, thus 12000 per month should be making $4200 per month

The thing is tho - its not branded - and its competitors (should it become branded) would be milfhunter.com - milfseeker.com etc.
Now then - surely if you want to get a shit load of cash for this domain - and I mean a SHITLOAD of cash - then wouldnt you get it known first - even as a TGP would be helpful to your cause?
Its an interesting thread - I have many of the top milf domains on .com and .net aswell as .tv - but I would - for some reason - NEVER consider them to be worth anything near 25k.
Maybe Im wrong - dunno.

Correct. Those saying it's not a worthy domain are probably those with no time, or resources to develop a website around it. A lot the same people say they would point it at a sponsor, or redirect. So for them, it isn't worth a lot.
Fair enough.
But for the right buyer who knows how to develop that, has resources, and an awesome branded name, this would be a steal.
I notice this a lot on the boards, and I think the reason a lot of the responses vary so dramatically is because a gallery submitter would never fork out the dough a program would. Or a decent company w/ resources to put behind a good name. So you have to consider what they do a lot of times to see where their perspective or point of view on business come from.
If you are a one man show, a lot of times it's more work than you want to invest when you are already making your coin elsewhere.
