it is a non exclusive cumshot paysite!
i have about 300 scenes (60 allready on the members area).
i have only 2 active members on it...so let say 0 members .
right now i am in a very bad finacial situation and need to sell it asap.
i can also make other deals sell a partnership on it,i had big plans for that site (it looks really good).
i have also more than 20.000 unique vistitors from differnt traffic sources,i can sell traffic for those who are interested to buy traffic.
i need a fast payout and would like to sell it asap.

yes i can
it is right,i have 2 active members,i don´t mind them,so i said i have 0 members.
i own about 600k of traffic on other projects so i can build up the $5000-$7000 of income in no time,i would also take care that the income stays at least for 2 month,i call it a "little" stable members database
i will make the $5000 in no time.
my problem is that i need some bucks now so i have to sell it before i got a chance to profit out of it.
i think it is a explained,just let me know if you need more input.

yup,exactly,i can build up the 5k in short time and keep it stable.
i would loan it if i could but i can´t do it now.
i would also sell a partnership on that site,but i am not sure if somebody would like to do a partnership deal?
in any case,i would need to be prepaid cause i have to pay my bills,it sucks ass but i don´t want to owe money and have problems.

ok,here we go,a little update.
i´ve two guys who would like to talk to their partners before they fix the deal with me.
it sounds like i have sold it - to one of them.
in case they jump off i have a another offer to sell it as soon as possible cause i am hurry.
as i said above...i would like to sell it with a membersdatabase which generates a stable $5k of income per month and i´ve asked $35k for it.
- the new price is 33k - first come first serve!
i´ll wait untill this evening for a reply from the two guys,otherwise i will sell it for 33k.

Smells fishy, surely If someone needs the money REAL quick and is selling cheaply but as an option "offers" building the members/revenue up and keeping it stable for a few months..... he doesnt need the money real quick.

If the owner can make $10k in 2 months and needed $15k originally, wouldnt he just do that and wait the extra 4 weeks to keep a revenue stream.

i have the traffic,that is fact,it is combination of gallerytraffic,se traffic and my own mgps and tgps.

i guess you know how the business work but well,i´ll explain it to you again :
you send traffic to your own paysite,the surfer like it and buy the membership,than you have to wait for your processors till they send you the payment and all this takes you about 3 weeks from the day you start to send traffic.

i need 15k immediately,yes,that is right.
i´ve build this site up for many months and i´ve waited till i was approved with the processors and such,i´ve bought nats for the wm program,everything is ready to go with it but i am in a bad situation right now.
i can generate that amount of traffic and i can generate the amount of money in no time.
i would like to sell it for 33k to have few bucks to build up a new site.
i like my site and i hate to sell it to pay some bills,i don´t expect you to understand that but that is a fact.
after selling it for 15k i won´t have a cent to start a new project,i will have to earn it again over the next month and build it up again.
that is why i want to sell it for 33k, pay my bills and have a bit of freedom cause i know i can start a site if i want to do so.
i am in a bad situation and i have to fix my things,not more and not less.

this site has potential but it takes at least 3 weeks to get the money.
i need a bigger amount than i can get in three weeks,so it won´t workout for me.
i am not happy about my decision but there are bad decisions and good one - i´ve done many bad decisions and now i have to fix my mistakes.

to those who told me they will talk to their partners and to those who are also interested - i will reduce the price the last time now to sell it as quick as possible - it should help you a bit to make your decisions.
