i HATE thumbs like that. makes the girls look like plastic dolls and i find that very unsexy.

this job is not for a thumbnail maker... but for a photo editor... i already did something like that but not thumbnails.. large pics.. i know the software.. but i dont have it right now..

Yes i write it wrong, i look for photoeditor, not any program to make it, but PERSON to make thumbs manually.
Maybe some outourcing companies can offer it?
