I have read bunch of posts about the new hot niches and how they were going to blow up in the future, but how do people really know that. I know that the teen thing is in right now, but can we trully predict what will be the next niche? If so, what will it be?

Ps. I hope its not plumber girls-shoot I'm getting the shakes just thinking about it.

Also, does a website really need an adult store in its members section? I know it will bring some extra cash, but will a member who has just spent $40 on a membership really buy anything?
