No, as a matter of fact she tries (for the most part) to keep out of the spotlight; but you still know who the fuck she is. She sells her name? 1. She is YOUNG, Ultra-rich, and (relatively) attractive.
2. She has a GREAT staff (publicist, PR, etc) doing her "marketing" (selling her) for her. With the exception of cutting them checks, she DOES NOT do shit.

See, this is what I'm talking about. I'm not arguing about whether or not she deserves fame. Of course she is a celebrity and will continue to be in the spotlight.
