    I need references for ARS

    I wanted to join ARS as an affiliate. But they are telling me that my country (India) is banned and they need references to allow me. Can anybody help me with this?

                              I know! As I said this is the first time I have faced this. I using some other programs with good results. Just wanted to try ARS out.
