50 easily upset people...
|
But what about it made you uncomfortable?
|
I have 3 kids, 2 of whom I breastfed for their first year. I didn't go out much, but when I did, I made sure to feed them before we left. Even with that though, a baby gets hungry after a few hours. Also, those of you who haven't breastfed have no idea how badly it feels when it's been several hours between feedings and your breasts feel as if they are going to pop. That shit hurts. With that said, I always tried to be discreet... I didn't expose myself and when possible, I'd find a quiet spot off to the side... but even then I still found someone giving my that shitty, "how dare you" stare.
Anyhow, I can't believe how put off some people are by a woman feeding her baby. You can turn your head. I'm not staying trapped in my house nor am I going to let my child go hungry because a few select people are disgusted by something so natural. |
Hmm, doesn't bother me :thumbsup

Yup .. you people should post if you are a parent with your answer.. since the once that are all crazy against it are so going to think different when its your child. :2 cents: :) |

So what does that have to do with them? Don't look? :P |
And yes, I'm a mother of three, I breastfed all three, and did so in public when neccessary. I was discreet, but the fact is if my child is hungry I'm going to feed them and I don't particularly care if you like seeing it. The only way you're going to "SEE" it is if you're looking damn hard.
Have you watched people eat in restaurants? Just the table manners of some people who claim to be adults is enough to make MY stomach turn. I don't ask them to eat in the bathroom I just look away. |
perfectly natural...

Mother of one here.
I breast fed my little one for 8 weeks as I ran out of milk by then but we breastfed in public, although the stares that you get makes you feel really uncomfortable. Forget the folks who feel uncomfy watching, if you dont like it it only takes a few muscles to turn your head the other way and look at the perfect blonde at your other side. Breastfeeding is natural, good foryour baby, good for women as well, ot helps protect against cancers. I think the people who have problems with it here have a hard neck considering they watch guys suck on tits all day and are yet to complain! As for the saggy tit comment- Mine certainly are not saggy...lol |
