Even the few on here that have genuine problems when they ask for help you can rarely have any sympathy for as we all hit lows and they simply have to get their shit together. Even if this isn't from diabetes. I should print that image out and hang it up as motivation to keep exercising or that could happen(dad developed diabetes a few years ago at the age of 60 though no real complications, so I have a greater chance of getting diabetes especially since my occupation requires sitting down at a computer a lot) or to also treat wounds ASAP. Keep Neosporin and some bandages(first aid kit around). What did it start out like and how long did you put it off before going to the doctor? Good Luck again....

Good advice for everyone. They tested me for diabetes several years ago. Had to drink some stuff then have my bllod tested like 13 times over a few hours. Came back negative, but they said tht it can happen at any time as an adult, or even as a kid. Gotta keep that stuff checked on a regular basis

It started out as an irritating itch on the back of my calf. I only scratched it once or twice and it opened up and took off from there. Being the hard headed painin the ass I am sometimes I waited thinking it would get better and heal. But apparently with insect bites some of em dont and here I am lol

Always a chance of losing it. I have to see the plastic surgeon Monday and he should know more then. If they can save it its gonna take a lot more surgeries, skin grafts and other stuff. Sometimes I think it would be easier to just cut the damn thing off lol

They never actually said thats what it was but several doctors said it was either that or a tick bite. Not surprising since I spend alot of time in the fall in the woods deer hunting lol
