What soft do you use for DVD screenshots? [no pic]

I like to hit the (Print Screen) Key...then use microsoft paint to crop out the excess...

Yeah me to, but I need something to capture a specific frame (my thumb aint that fast)

WinDVD allows you to take screenshots from DVD.
