Don't have spelling mistakes and bad grammar all over your site. Pay someone to check it if needs be.

If a surfer clicks through to your site from a gallery, it is most probably because of that particular girl. So make sure that either she is on the landing page or that she can be easily found. If she can't be found, the surfer will either not join or join then cancel if she still can't be found.

If your niche is amateur/ girl next door/ natural beauties then don't refer to the girls as 'sluts', 'whores' or 'bitches'. The surfer wants to fall in love with these girls, to think of them as potential or fantasy girlfriends, not whores.

Don't give out so much free porn in terms of explicit pictures to be used in galleries. Have the bottom row as non-clickable images. Try and get some cash out of the surfer before he blows his stack.

If you can empathise with the surfer you will be more effective at selling to him. If you cannot empathise, ask someone who can.
