    Blinbd students must pass driver's ed to graduate?

    Glad my kid doesn't go to school in this retarded state.

    Do they make kids in wheelchairs run a mile to pass PE too?

                          If they don't know the rules of the road they could get hit by a car.

                          It's kind of stupid to put them through the entire course, but I can see doing a simplified one.
