Would you walk away from a huge deal if it simply felt wrong?

Of course I will not be taking the advice of GFYers on this, but wanted to discuss.

Would you walk away from a VERY large deal, with lots of zeros, if for no other reason than it felt wrong? All the numbers add up, everything is in place, but your gut tells you to pass.

(BTW.. this has nothing to do with the new program I am opening. lol Totally unrelated. That feels so right I have a boner 24/7.)

If EVRYTHING adds up, I wouldn't walk away.

          But that's NEVER the case.

ALWAYS trust your gut and your instincts. Thats your subconscious mind telling you something is wrong BEFORE you have the chance to intellectualize it and rationalize and explain your doubts away.

If you feel something is wrong... walk away. It means you already know there is a problem.

I often rely on intuition to guide decisions. Sometimes I'm wrong...but more times I'm right. And like the old cliche goes - better to err on the side of caution.

Trust your gut but if the numbers add up it wouldn't hurt to get one or two opinions from people really close to you. They may be able to shed some light on whats bugging you about the deal.

I suggest you should go for it. Anyway, you can't always expect for a 100% assurance on everything.

and when it came... something seemed fishy

so i knocked out the old lady standing beside me and then i started singing the village people songs and took my pants off
It was no old lady, it was yours truly in drag. I was about to take my pants of and start yodling but some cocksucker knocked me out.
                                                          ..and I'm off.

Yep. I've done it (walked away). Always has worked out. As one of the other's had said, IF everything including numbers panned out, I would give it more serious thought. But that is rarely the case.

The gut feeling, or the angels on your shoulder, or just your instinct are normally right.
