How to grow TGP?

I have small 3k traffic tgp: http://www.sensationalteens.com .
I want to growe this tgp to 10k or more if possible I'm going to buy 60k in chocker traffic (20k mix foreigner, 2x 20k some teen tgps).

I plan first find some good trades, but where? If i will have a lot of traffic i need to find some bigget tgps. When i will have around 10 new trades (now i have 28 trades) i will start sending traffic. But how many in beginning 100/haulry or more/less?

After few days when i will choose good trades, remove bad, add again new from best productive tgp toplist? How many trades is good to have? Where to find good trades that can send a lot of prod traffic?

I dont knwo to how many days spread this 60k.

Can tell me some tips how to grow fast TGP to generate some good traffic?? Any ideas?
60k traffic in begining is enough? I really dont want to waste money.

Here's a rough idea on what you do:

Add 10-15 trades you know will fit to your site.
Start feeding it quite a bit.
After 24 hours you delete the bad trades (low prod, ect)
Add 5 new trades and let those trades get started.
After 10-15 hours you delete the bad trades (low prod, ect)
Add 5 new trades and let those trades get started.
Ect...

That's how I do it. It might not be how the next guy do it but it works for me

Finding trades can be a bitch and a lot of people normally just go through their trade list and visit their trade's toplist and grab new trades from there. That's not always a good idea because you'll be taking people from a somewhat closed network and send those visitors back to a site where they might have been at when they got moved around from another site. You need to do quite a bit of research when you need to find trade and you need to know some real TGP guys who can tell you which trades to stay away from and which is good as gold.

60k from Choker to a new TGP is a nice amount because he got good traffic. I know people who start a new TGP with only 3K feeder per day. That is because they know exactly who to trade with from the beginning.

Btw... I would turn your banners into a bookmark link for the first week or two minimum.

That is how I do it. As I mentioned, it might not work for you but it oes for me

Why turn banners into a bookmark link?

I prefer to build up a base of bookmarkers. They can help you a long way to keep they site growing or floating as a minimum. Again, as I said, that is something I prefer to do. It might not be needed but I like to build while I need to. When I got my sites up at a fair size then I start working on the income

DaLord, thats good advice. Pretty much the same way I do it. Bookmarkers are also a very good way to build a steady stream of visitors.

Make sure you got atleast 10.000 galleries. The more galleries you got the better.

I did grow a 5k TGP to 25K over 5 days thanks to the thumbs from all the galleries.

Sold just about all my TGPs to Lomik and other people.
I do however have a new server at dedicatednow.com and I'm gonna fill that server up with TGPs.

Edit: forgot to mention that I never talk about my income. I can promise you that you can make money from TGPs but my numbers are not interesting

Is your site old enough to have rotated enough thumbs through to get a good HOF?

If you haven't yet deposited the money for your traffic then I'd suggest you start with a smaller amount, you could end up wasting a lot when it's not really working for you - or your site isn't working for you...
