    jerk-store.com for sale

Ladies and gentlemen.. I'm considering sale of jerk-store.com.

Currently there is nothing there, no traffic, nada. I have exclusive rights to the domain, currently registered through godaddy. I won't be checking back here too often. AIM is the best contact, see the sig. Serious offers only, thanks.

As a side note, I would also consider leasing the domain. If someone wanted to develop it and run a site, we could probably work that out.

Rough idea, I wouldn't ask for any payments say for the first few months, to give time for the site to start generating income. Once it was productive, I wouldn't ask for a large percentage.

      Inquire within and we'll discuss.

See dfo, you'd be perfect. Oh wait, it takes original content to be successful.
