Yeah, back in the 70s when coke became the social drug of choice it was not uncommon to go to a party or club and have the powder seem like a fresh snowfall at Aspen.

When people started smoking it, it bacame a very unsociable way of doing it. Your buddy that used to lay out rails for all would suddenly be locked in a closet, pipe in hand, and never able to get enough.

I knew a woman once who used to say to us, "Hey, at least I don't smoke it." The next year it was "Hey, at least I don't shoot it." Within six months she had lost custody of her five year old and was a complete mess. It was awful watching her fade like that.
