contracts
Can someone give me some insight on how to make a good, fair contract with a model and the legalities involved in content provision. I am contemplating shooting some local girls who have come to me to do their sites. I have offered to put them in contact with people from here who I feel could probably make them more money and probably would treat them with a level of professionalism that I would feel comfortable associating their faith in me with, BUT the ladies are refusing to be referred and only want me to handle things at this point.
It is an honor for me that these ladies would trust me with doing this business with and for them, they are aware that content is not my area of the industry, but because of business I have done with a few of them in other areas, word of mouth about my character and professionalism, friendship with 2 of them, association with people the dancers are friends with as well as help that I have offered they choose to ignore the fact that this will be a learning experience for all involved. Could someone who does content provision contact me about how the contracts should be written, what areas specifically need to be adressed. Specifically I am interested in the legalities of full penetration hardcore shoots. I am thinking of these ladies who want to do solo girl projects as partners and not employees, the ladies who want to do info sites as more customers than employees. My main concern is the laws though. I do not particularly see how me shooting these girls for glam, bikini, "tasteful" nude or any other solo thing would be that dangerous, but how do you handle full hardcore shoots. And I do not want to insult any of the ladies here who do hardcore not my intent at all, but I must ask this. If I go pick up a prostitute and I pay her for sex it is an illegal act. If a girl answers an add in the paper saying I want to shoot hardcore or one of the 4 strippers wants to do hardcore and provides her own men or I have to provide them and I pay her, how legally is this not the same thing? So is she an employee of a company that is specifically set up for adult entertainment? Are you guys really just shooting things like this without major worry about legal ramifications because she is getting paid and happy and you are getting paid and happy or are you really covering all your bases? Are there some industry specific lawyers that someone can refer to me so I can find out this information or am I just reading to much into it? I own brick and mortar companies and there are just so many little legal provisions that needed to be made to opperate within the law and just talking to my sales rep or counter girls in the wrong way could result in sexual harassment lawsuits, it amazes me that this could be as simple as me getting these girls and perhaps some more, shooting porn, putting it on the web and everything being ok because we signed some papers and got them notarized that said she is going to be having sex on camera, i am going to be making the site we are splitting the cash 50/50, even less so for some girl walking in the door answering an add, having sex with some guy she brought or I provided, cutting her a check, getting her to sign a release and me putting it out there. If it is that simple, this industry gets another notch in my book and I will admit I should have gotten into it MUCH sooner. If you would not mind messaging me about the legalities as well as perhaps showing me some of the more standardized contracts you are using with ladies who show up for shoots as well as long term business association with solo site girls it would be deeply appreciated and maybe we can do some work together to make money with these ladies. Thank you

Thanks, yeah I am not going to try to use some contract like some one size fits all but I would like information on the basics of how others are doing it. Thanks for the help, anyone else?
