I almost always get same day responses.
Though it is important to remember they are on european time.

waiting for them to install Strongboxxx....they gave me instructions, and one of them was to set up wildcard support, we did that but it isn't working properly, and we need their help with getting it right

AWW may be in Europe, but Ray was living in Texas the last time I spoke to him.

I have known Ray for several years and he is brilliant on the job but unfortunately, communication has never been one of his strong points. He does have a tendency to suddenly drop out of sight for days at a time.

AWW took over marketing Strongbox (forcing an hefty price increase to cover their commission in the process), but whether they are actively involved in providing support, I'm afraid I don't know. Keep trying Ray though: he will pop up eventually. In fact, hassling him on a board is usually quite effective

Whatever hefty price you are reffering to, I am sure you will find that Jace got his copy of strongboxxx for free with AWW.

I didn't get AWW, i have sitedepth....strongboxxx is 25% off with AWW, it says right on the front page of strongboxx

I bought Strongboxxx on the 5th of this month, heard from them on the 6th, and now it takes about a day each time I want to email a question...that is kind of annoying

strongboxxx is all handled by aww now, from what I can tell the handle all support and service

i will try Ray tomorrow though

Ok I see your issue. Technically though SB has been thrown in lately with every purchase of AWW, been that way over a year now.
I would email issues around 11pm PST up until 1pm PST.
The time difference can be a bitch.

I just wanted to cler up that AWW does NOT handle all installation and support for Strongbox.
You can get Strongbox EITHER from AWW OR from us at bettercgi.com.
