You resell someone else's content, you collect the money, don't tell the content owner of the sale, you have the money deposited to your personal account, where you then use the money for your personal bills. 2 weeks go by and you still have not told the content owner of the sale, you havent sent him the money, and he only finds out about the sale from the person who bought the content.
