Canadian question - incorporating in usa?
Hey,
Just wondering if any of the Canadians on here have incorporated their business in both canada and the usa? I'm considering it just so I can get Visa on my ccbill account. The only other way would be to a) Use someone elses ccbill account (which I don't really want to do). or b) Use an American citizens name (with their permission of course) and run the risk of them being liable for the ccbill terms of service stuff. Anyone know of other options? Thanks for your help! xxoo |

I think your best bet would be to get a US attorney to be your rep here. Though I could be wrong. Spunkycash is in canada aren't they? You can't just ask them?

If you're looking to get billing, you can also consider going european.. might be easier to do as a Canadian

incorporating alone isnt enough to be able to process with Visa.. you actually need the "principal" to be living in the US... and provide some identification like a US driver's license..

kateground: i'm actually in vancouver and ran into the same problem you did... what i did was used an incorporation company based in the states to set it up for me with a registered agent and a mail forwarding address.... but you'll have to go with paycom, not ccbill..

You need to join a network like the boneprone family and learn how to network and launder your cash flow.

I'm looking for the same help, sort of - just to be able to transfer ePass funds to a US Bank Account (they don't like us Canadians yet). I'm hoping the formalities are a bit less (just need a bank acct.)?

I'm looking into it too actually... a buddy of mine had his telemarketing business incorporated in Utah (one of the state-tax free states), he operated out of calgary but had a PO Box in Utah.
