Look up some local musicians. You should be able to find someone who could do that easily for you for pretty cheap provided you give a little recognition/promotion to them.

that is a GREAT idea actually. I would love to help a local band out, maybe give them a free membership to a site LOL and put up a banner for them to sell their music.

i shoot some local rappers here and they let me use their music in exchange for and link and mention on the site. although, rap really don't fit all the time.
