fuck me.... that script grabs them each time, so it doesnt matter when I change them ugh! any idea out of this? and dont say htaccess

He's probably written some sort of agent (in Perl maybe) to scrape your html each time that page is requested...

If he hasn't done a good job of hiding his bot, you might be able to identify it in your server logs. Check IP addresses repetitions, user agent names, etc.

Also, if he is scraping your html, then you might be able to thwart his efforts by changing your code formatting.

What is worse is that alot of sponsors don't care if their webmasters hotlink.
I informed adultbouncer and boxfrog a while back that some of their webmasters are big time hotlinkers and it seems that they do not care much since I still did not get an answer and these assholes are still hotlining me.
I guess hotlinking them back doesn't help much so maybe the only way is a dos attack of 500mbit.
