Ive been drinking it on and off all day and i swear ive been taking a piss every hour or so

Does anyone know if iced tea makes you piss more than drinking soda or water?

Caffine is a diuretic and so is lemon. Cold beverages increase your blood flow thereby increasing the amount of fluid exchanged.

additionally there may be less sugar content and more water? sometimes when i make like Koolaid i am amazed that muc sugar goes into it.
