Cpanel geeks - what the fuck is this about?

I keep getting this email from my cpanel admin panel (auto).

I have looked at everything I can think of - any ideas anyone?

Quote:
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
The hostname (localhost.localdomain) resolves to . It should resolve to 209.97.xxx.xxx. Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.

Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you
believe everything else is correct.

You may be able to
automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your
hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager
Thanks

Send it to your host. /etc/hosts and /etc/resolv.conf are not a part of cpanel and it sounds like your host messed up when they setup the server.

Repeat of what he said. Thats not a cpanel error, its whm. If you do not manage the whm on your server, there is no way you can fix it.
