                      Ummmm I have been on the phone for 3 hours with them. About something I had been on the phone with them last Friday you would be upset if you were in my shoes but thanks for the bump.

                                          The prob was on the 24th of Feb. I tried to call and deal with them every day for a week. I don't jump on GFY right away I thought I would be getting help on the phone but I was very wrong.

                                                  I am sorry I don't monitor the board 24/7 but I need to get away from my compluter for a couple of hours now and then.
                                                  Again I am sorry it took me 50 minutes to reply, I will work on a better response time in the future.
