Consistency for me....

I like both. I can not justify one being better than the other. Both have their pros and cons.

I like certain things in my life to be consistent... cashflow, good relationships with my family & friends, a stable home

I like other things in my life to change... my exercise routine, taking on new projects & adventures, learning new things, broadening my mind.

I think everyone needs a balance of both consistency and change to be truly happy.

Sometimes change is good,although I have daily rituals that I never seem to break and stress when I don't do things exactly the same way

I hate change and typically avoid it whenever possible, I thrive on consistency, routine, and structure. I think these things just make life easier, at least for me.

it is in change that we find our purpose. when everything else is gone, what remains to ourselves is the question "what am I really after for in life?"

the answer keeps us going on
