Buying Non-Exclusive VOD Rights on DVD Sets

As many know that we don?t get involved in developing VOD sites for some one with low budget. So this is for a client who has the $$ to spend.

They want to buy 1500 - 2000 DVD?s for their new VOD site. Here is what we need.

1. The actual DVD
2. if you are brokering it for a studio, then copies of the contract from the original studio that says you are the broker (have been scammed a lot in the past)
3. 2257 Info on every DVD.
4. Movies must be 2005/06/07 Production
5. Quality should be good, no VHS to DVD transfers etc
6. This is not a rev share, you will be paid one fixed price per DVD to be used non-exclusive on a single domain name.

the're lookin at some decent per title fees. 250$-400 a dvd is ballpark. some are annual renewals too.

They aren't DVD's but we got the mini-dvs, the art (tons of pics), the ownership (it's mine) the 2257 docs, etc., and we would be interested in a deal like this.

The cost of converting mini-dvs to WMV it not worth the effort. With DVD we got a batch encoder that will convert direct from DVD to WMV one step.

if scenes then i have about 300 new ones.
