Fish-Hook Mardi Gras Content ! ( Pictures )
   I hope everyone had as much fun as we did. I have to admit even if there wasn't as big a turn out as other years it was just as fun. They said the turnout for Mardi Gras after Hurricane Katrina was way below normal-- an estimated 350,000 this year, compared with the usual 1 million. Mardi Gras was great. Friday was cold and rainy, and the cops were cranky, but the rest of weekend and mon and tues was nice. |
