this is the start of my new diet day, i went at 6:00am, and i cant wait to do it again tomorrow, there were so many hot babes walking and running in there tight little outfits, i wish i had my camera with me,

It was such a great walk, it was around the Royal Botanical Gardens in melbourne

Good for you. I've seen more pickups at my gym than anywhere else...seems like these days, the outdoors, tracks, biking paths, swimming and gyms are the hot spots for picking up chicks and guys.

I do lots of walking on a daily basis too...
I walk to the gym in the morning (about 1/2 mile from my home)
I walk from the gym to the Skytrain station (about 1/2 mile from the gym) to take public transportation for my daily commute (about 1/2 mile of walking by the time I make it home at the end of the day)
I walk to do my grocery shopping

Walking is great. Not only do I get exercise, it's also a time for my mind to chill out and relax while taking in the view.

Margaret Island, in the Danube in Budapest, is a good place for runners and walkers and is also packed with hotties. Unfortunately it's winter now so they are a bit over dressed, but it'll be warming up soon...

Fitness isn't easy when it's been neglected so long.

Keep in mind though, you can reverse years of neglect in a matter of weeks. I know it sounds ridiculous and impossible but your body will react to exercise and proper nutrition.
