Advice Needed

I own a vbulliten forum for surfers to post pictures of porn and pictures of themselves male and female. It is a small site with around 1000 members and 18,000 posts and around 1000 uniques per day, it has been live for around three months, I have not spend that much time on it.

A member from a different forum sent me an email claiming that there is pictures of her on there and she wants them taken of asap, which I have done, but where do I stand legally, how do I know where the pictures are coming from, how do I know if they were her pictures as they were amateur pictures.

Members are also posting pictures from porn sites, they all have the watermarks on them from the original site, so it is sort of promoting their site, but am I going to have issues with this also.

Put up a disclaimer. The best place to start is to read the disclaimers and TOS of sites where people put up their pics. This should give you some general ideas. Make sure you have a good TOS.
