Hello guys , look it in other way: US and Canada invited Russians to play hockey (not to many local talents) and from my experience 40-60% of computer programmers who working in N.America are from Soviet Union , China and India and they paid not less then a locals.

Be honest, stay honest and build YOURELF a good reputation. Fuck all the other Russian WM's as all most have achieved is to make life very difficult for you. If you keep plugging away (and lose the .org
