    How much milk do you drink per day?

                                                                      I don't drink much milk. It's not because of any milk intolerance. Although I'm asian, I'm not lactose tolerant. It's just not in my list of beverages.

                                                                                                                              Cows milk has one reason. To take a 50lb calf and turn it in to a 600lb cow as fast as possible. It's not meant for humans to drink.
