You'll be better off making a text tgp yourself and then ask the designer to improve with some graphics.

Define "best". If you're looking for lots of bells and whistles and shit to make the surfer feel like he hit an art gallery, then I can't help you. If you're looking for clean-cut, nice looking, PRODUCTIVE designs that help your site GROW and your ads make SALES, then I'm your guy.
