All these settings are individual for each affiliate ofcourse.
But isn't it YOUR job to make sure they're correct for all affiliates?
If they don't update automatically then you should perhaps ask ccbill to fix it.

Any affiliates that signed up before you changed to unlimited rebills will not automatically switch to the new payout setup. The easiest way to make sure all old affiliates are getting paid on all rebills will be to set up a new group in the affiliates section and add all your old affiliates to that group. The options set up on the group will override the payout option set for the individual affiliate. Below are links to setting up groups and editing group payouts:

we are not intressted and not stupid to screw up all our current and future affliliate partners.

We are intressted to make only long term business with old and new promotion partners.

It would be REALLY nice if,

(a) ccbill let you search for unusual program parameters, ie "show me all programs that do not have unlimited rebills" or "show me all programs that do not pay 50%"

(b) they send an automated email each time your affiliate account's parms are changed. Right now I have to manually click on 80+ different sponsors to check if they've quietly changed something.

ccbill also needs to implement an easy way for program masters to make global changes. Grandfathering existing affiliate accounts may be important but the differences need to be clearly displayed so that program webmasters know how older affiliates will be affected (or not affected) by the changes they want to make.

Thanks for your post, I think everyone appreciates an official CCBILLrep clearing things up. The sponsorsettings are obviously wrong, but the cause could be old settings now moving over into the new system.

I guess it's the sponsors thing to make sure everything is set allright though? I cant edit the sponsorsettings, only scream about what I see.

Some good suggestions there. Let me add one:

In https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/tabTools.cgi we get the following info for all sponsors:
Affiliate ID,Profile,Program Details,Banners,Webmaster Account,Url,Program ,Name,Signup Date,Percentage Payout,Flat Rate Payout

Why not just add 2 columns there:
Trial Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (Zero) rebills
Recurring Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (Zero) rebills

In a shorter form, this seems to be the most interesting info of all =).

Unrelated, but that reminds me I used to own KCASH.COM, but let it expire a few years back, a little slip there... That sucked..

... I believe it was a honest misstake from frankies part, and it's now taken care of. He also said it should be fixed for all other webmasters that may have been having the incorrect recurrsettings.

BS...I can just look at my sales emails and I would be able to tell if the affiliate is getting only 30%...Do some simple math...There is no excuse for this...You should have been watching this YOURSELF and not waiting for "somebody" to notify you about it.

Everyone was moved into the 60% group then extreme was moved out and into a new group for 100% .
