This story is too bizarre for today's rainy weather. Basically another kooky scheme to bilk loot from web surfers who have contirbuted to making this so called fad, the internet, into a trillion dollar phenomenon.

You're just now hearing about this? The ISP are assholes. People go on the internet for CONTENT. Maybe they should realize without CONTENT no one is going to order their internet service.
