    Something I've been wondering about single girl sites...

    I've been wondering latley what types of contracts the girls have to sign that do single girl sites. I'm sure there are things that program owners just can't talk about, but I'm wondering what peoples opinions are here....

    Do you think there are stipulations in their contracts about the following issues?
    1. Getting pregnant? I think this could KILL some girls sites. I'm sure you could shoot enough content ahead of time just in case, but what if she has a C-Section? Surfers would pick up on that
    2. What if the girl gains A LOT of weight? I could see this dive-bombing a site too
    3. Piercings, tatoo's, weird hair colors. This could really change their image and possibly turn of some members

    I'm sure there are other things that would come up that I just can't think of. Any program owners around who own single girl sites who can legally/or care to comment? Just something I've been wondering for awhile and haven't ever seen any threads on.

          Well, if the girl loses her sex appeal doesn't that hurt her sales? Thus, she would be wise to wait on those things till after her site has fizzled out.

              No worries, I understand. I didn't figure most companies would, none of my business really. I was just kind of wondering what peoples opinions were. Something I've been thinking wondering about lately.

                  shoot a ton of fucking content right when you sign the girl. Make sure you have years worth for updates. You never know what they will do once people see them on the Internet and then bring it up to them in person.

                      Yeah, I know a lot of sites do that. I'm sure you could shoot enough content in 1-2 weeks to have updates for a year or two.

                              contracts are meaningless - go try and enforce one against a 19 year old you are paying to model nude. of course a 19 year old nude model doesn't know this so the contract can be used to pressure her - but realistically unless the girl really is making alot of money or loves what she's doing it will have no effect.

                              average solo girl site does less than 5 sales a day - good luck trying to control a girl who is getting paid less than she would working at Mickey D's.

                                          No way! There is no way they only make 5 sales a day. Look at programs like Lightspeed who only do solo girl sites. They make way more than 5 sales a day per site.

                                          I'm sure it varies by site, but they make way more than that.

                                                                          having had my name ripped off on loads of sites I know for a fact that some webmasters are doing very nicely on solo girl sites. I certainly hope to achieve more than 5 sales a day!

Not only would it cost thousands in lawyer and court fees, not many judges are going to tell a 19 year old girl she has to continue modelling nude. Not to mention that a 19 year old doesn't have any money to collect for damages.

                                                                                  I'm guessing most solo girls do less than 5 sales a day now. Back when there were maybe 10-15, you could push 5-10 a day on your own. The only plus is that they do hold subscriptions much longer than regular paysites.

                                                                                      I still think they have to be making more money than that. I don't see how some of these programs could make money only doing 5 sales a day. I can see a few solo girl sites that I won't name only making those few sales, but not Lightspeed, MayorsMoney, ect. Those sites have to be doing more.

                                                                                      I guess I would agree about the contract now, especially with Steve Lightspeed posting here. I can see it being pretty hard to hold up in court, especially in certain "religous" states.

                                                                                              true... thought about the content stack but when shes getting promoted 3 years of being pregnant all the time.. but maybe only webmasters notice that. And getting her pregnent again must be in the contract somehow.. maybe she was sure she wanted to have thee kids.. i must say that makes alot of footage when thats the case...
