howdy
a friend of mine is wondering how he can make thumbs from .wmp and .asf files....
i use virtual dub to make thumbs for AVI and MPEG, but i have no experience with the other formats.
anyone know? thanx in advance guys

That's the way i'd do it.. juts take a screenshot, crop the image and resize it to desired size.

i forgot

snag it often has problems with .asf
with simple screen capture i dont think is possible
new acdsee has a capture,never tested though

meta, better ask paulc
he is the asf expert
