Are there any sponsors that support/offer contextual ads, similar to Adsense or YPN? I'd like to add them to a site and the closest I've found (meta-wise) is geo-targted ads.

These guys offer adult? I didnt see any advertisers mentioned on their site.
I also should have mentioned that I wasn't looking for a CPC deal, just a sponsor banner/creative which is related to the search term.
