Advertisement for a web page

EIB, our adult entertainment site is looking for a company that can do:
1. Banner exchanges/link directory listings and yellow pages.
2. Search engines and list/post the site in adult forums/message boards and blogs.
3. Adult forums /message forums/message boards and blogs.
All together we want to be on over 500 sites in a timely manner...
We also want to create a yahoo, a msn and a google group, with pictures, and upscale design, as well as its search engine optimization to be on the first page.
Our Web page needs to be focused on the population from New England, New Jersey and New York.
Finally, we would like to add and implement promotional scripts, that can also help us in the marketing, scripts tat can grab email addresses massively, as well as those that make it easy to advertise and promote our page to become number one and generate a lot of traffic!!!!!!.
