    The ultimate rock star?

    I was thinking today that there aren't many real rock stars around in music today and if there is they were probably around 20+ years ago too.

    I'm not talking the best musical talent but rather somebody that fits the persona of a rock star.

    I think I am giving my vote for the ultimate rock star to Robert Plant.

          Although way different in style and approach than Plant, my vote would go to Marilyn Manson. Highly contemporary, highly controversial, high-profile. Not sure you need a lot more than that.

                          Yeah, I would say he is one of the few actual rock stars around today. Though even he is getting old these days.
